Moons of Madness was first introduced back in 2017 as the Norway-based independent studio Rock Pocket Games announced a brand-new, psychological horror game in which they revealed the following three core mechanics of Moons of Madness: Combining hard science, based on meticulous analysis of NASA and Space X research, with Lovecraftian horror, An innovative feature called “Zone Outs” that simulates Lovecraftian madness in which players are exposed to hallucinations and visions they play through as part of the game. Moons of Madness has already been cited by IGN as “one of the scariest looking games we’ve ever seen” so by that statement, this cosmic horror game will for sure be a must-play for horror fans of the genre and also the ideal game to play on Halloween night, especially.
